- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags and hygiene seals attached
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been worn, washed, used, or if tags or hygiene seals have been removed.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alignwear.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
