30-Day Return Support
We want you to feel confident and comfortable when shopping with AlignWear™. If you have any issue with your order, size, or product condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and our support team will be happy to help.
Because AlignWear™ is an intimate wear product, we are only able to accept returns when the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached.
This helps us maintain hygiene, safety, and product quality for every customer.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item should be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags and hygiene seals attached
Please make sure you check the size, fit, and product condition before removing any tags or hygiene seals.
Items We Cannot Accept
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns if:
- The item has been worn or used
- The item has been washed
- Tags or hygiene seals have been removed
- The item has stains, marks, odor, or signs of wear
- The return request is made after 30 days from delivery
We truly understand that finding the right fit can be personal, but once an intimate wear item has been used or its hygiene seal has been removed, we cannot safely restock or resell it.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Alignwear™ arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

- If approved, we’ll share return instructions
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and tag-attached
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Used or tag-removed items are not eligible for return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
